生理药动学模型及在兽药残留分析中的应用

摘要 生理药动学模型是一种模拟机体循环系统的血液流向,将各器官或组织相互联结起来而建立的整体模型,能够准确描述兽药在动物可食性组织的残留消除规律,并可预测休药期。就生理药动学模型及在兽药残留分析中的应用进行综述。 Physiologically based pharmacokinetic model was a whole model which was developed by connecting each organ or tissue according to the blood flow.It could exactly describe residue depletion of veterinary drugs in animal edible tissues,and predict residue withdrawal times.Physiologically based pharmacokinetic model and application in the analysis of residues of veterinary drugs were introduced in the article.
