摘要
以M生物研究院为例,根据不同部门、不同工作性质,提取不同的关键绩效指标,与辅助指标相结合,运用层次分析法确定了指标体系权重,构建了该院研发人员绩效考核体系,为该院对科研人员实施科学、合理考核提供了有效手段.
According to the different nature of task in different departments,the variety of key performance indicators are extracted,which were combined with auxiliary indicators,the AHP method is used to determine the weight value of the index system.The performance appraisal system of M Biological Research Institute was built,and has become an effective means to assess the RD employee in the R D institutions scientifically,reasonably and fairly.
