摘要
采用专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法及逻辑分析法,对多省跳水队教练员执教水平现状进行调查,并在此基础上建立跳水教练员执教能力评价指标体系,包括2个层次共39个指标,其中有6个一级指标和31个二级指标,分析了相关指标的重要程度,力求真实客观地反映教练员的实际工作能力,为相关竞技体育管理部门科学客观地评价跳水教练员的执教水平,不断优化跳水教练员执教能力提供一份参考依据。
