摘要
本文对我馆公共文化服务的现状、存在的问题进行了深入细致的分析,找出了一套行之有效的发展对策。本文认为,图书馆只要能够本着全心全意为读者平等服务的思想,花大力气加强公共文化服务建设,一定能推进文化服务工作的全面开展。
This paper frames out a set of effective measures of offering services for the public based on the analysis of the present situation of Guiyang Library, which will accelerate the library＇s full scale service if the idea that readers first is thoroughly kept in mind.
