摘要
目的分析海口市2008年各级医疗机构法定传染病报告质量,以便进行规范管理。方法抽查61个医疗机构,通过访谈和随机查阅门诊日志、出入院登记、化验室登记、纸质传染病报告卡等有关资料,与传染病直报系统数据进行比较,分析不同级别医疗机构的传染病报告质量。结果被考核医疗机构传染病漏报率为11.38%,报告及时率为78.89%,报告卡准确率为87.30%;二级医疗机构报告质量高于其他级别医疗机构;化验室的漏报率为29.14%,是漏报的主要环节。结论海口市各级医疗机构法定传染病报告与管理工作均亟待提高,应针对不同级别的医疗机构进行分类指导,加强监管。
Aim To investigate the quality of reported notifiable infectious diseases in medical institutions of Haikou in 2008. Methods The data concerning routine reporting of notifiable infectious diseases in 61 medical institutions were collected and analyzed. Results The missed reporting rate,timely reporting rate and accuarate reporting rate were 11.36% ,78.89% ,87.30%. The reporting quality of the second level hospitals was higher than other levels of medical institutions. The missed reporting rate of laboratory was 29.14% ,higher than the outpatient and inpatient departments. Conclusion It is urgent to improve the quality of reported notifiable infectious diseases and guidance and monitoring work in the medical institutions be strnegthened.
