摘要
目的了解韩庄地区三带喙库蚊生态习性,为防治提供科学的依据。方法用勺捕法调查三带喙库蚊幼虫孳生地,人帐诱法调查三带喙库蚊成蚊季节消长夜间活动规律。结果秧田中三带喙库蚊幼虫密度最高,其次为稻田和苇塘。成蚊5月份出现,7月份达峰值,11月份消失;成蚊在整个夜间均有活动,上半夜出现刺叮活动高峰,凌晨再次出现活动小高峰。结论三带喙库蚊幼虫密度易受孳生地水体和水生植物种类等因素的影响,成蚊及幼虫的防制应结合当地自然情况制定相应的防治措施。
Aim To survey the bionomics of Culex tritaeniorhynchus in Hanzhuang Encephalitis B Monitoring Site,Shandong Province,and provide scientific basis for mosquito control. Methods Dipping method was used to investigate the breeding sites of Culex tritaeniorhynchus larvae,and benet capture with man-bait was used for capturing adults mosquitoes and observe their night blood-sucking and seasonal fluctuations. Results The highest larval density was found in the seeding beds,followed by rice fields or reed ponds. The adult Cx. tritaeniorhynchu appeared firstly in May,reached peak in July,and disappeared in the September. The blood-sucking activity of the mosquitoes lasted all the night,with the peak times in 1-3 hours after sunset and daybreak. Conclusion The larval density of Cx. tritaeniorhynchu in the breeding sites was affected by waters,hydrophytic vegetation and other factors. The control measures made for both larval and adult Cx. tritaeniorhynchus should be based on the natural condition of the locality.
