摘要
民族地区课改中英语教育的实施成效与英语教师的专业化程度密切相关。调查显示,黎族地区英语教师合作精神和团队意识较强,经济环境和学生成绩压力较大,课程开发能力和创新能力有待提高。
During the performing of Curriculum Reform in minority areas,the implementation of the effectiveness of English-language education is closely related to the degree of the English teachers’ specialization.The survey shows that English teachers in Li ethnic areas have the spirit of cooperation and team awareness,while having a stronger economic pressure and lower students’ achievement,and their Curriculum development and innovation capacity needs to be strengthened.
