With the deepening reform of the personnel system, the construction of punishing and preventing corruption in human resources management is becoming increasingly important. The policies including insisting personnel orientation, holding the gate of unhealthy tendency, establishing perfect governor examination and management system, and strengthening fighting corruption and building a clean government etc all play important significance in personnel system reform.
