摘要
从铝合金踏板的种类、连接方式入手,对加工建筑铝合金踏板所用的滚压机的设计进行了探讨,并重点分析了滚压机机械部分的动作顺序、液压部分油缸的选择、压辊的尺寸确定等问题。实测证明滚压后的踏板可以安全使用。
This paper discusses engineering of roller press used in machining of aluminum alloy floor sheet of buildings starting from categories and connection methods of aluminum alloy floor sheet.Emphasis is laid on analysis of issues such as mechanical operation sequence of roller press,selection of hydrocylinder and sizing of press roller.It is proved from actual test that the rolled floor sheet is qualified for use.
