摘要
化工企业的最终目标是提高化工生产力,实现企业高效益。而这一目标的最大障碍来自化工设备的故障。但设备故障是任何企业不可避免的问题。因此解决设备故障问题,保证化工设备的高效、正常运行非常重要。通过实际案例阐述了化工设备的故障特性,发生规律,依据不同的故障规律,选择不同的故障维修和预防措施,并分析了设备故障预防与维修间的关系。
The ultimately purpose was to improve productivity and achieve the highest benefit of chemical company.But the equipment malfunction was the biggest obstruction for this goal.To ensure equipment effective and natural running was the importance aspect.To the actual cases,the chemical equipment malfunction specialty and occurrence rules were analyzed.According to the different rules,the difference maintenance and preventive measure were chosen.By the way,the relationship between preventive and maintenance was analyzed.
