摘要
废润滑油具有污染性和资源性的双重特征,处理不当会污染环境,回收再生利用则能节约能源、缓解资源短缺方面的压力。要使我国废油再生业走出低谷,迈向振兴,其出路在于改革,国家需要加强废油的回收与管理,在政策上予以扶持,实现废润滑油再生业的正常化、产业化、规模化发展。
Used lubricating oil had the characters of pollution and resourceful,if dealt improper with it,environment would be contaminated.Recycling and making full use of these wastes not only saved energy,but also eased the stress of resource lack.Reformation was the outlet to take the waste of our country walk away from the stagnancy.So managers needed to strengthen the recycling and the management of the wasted oil and policy support to carry out the development of used lubricating oil became normalization,industrialization and dimension.
