摘要 新疆油田六九区回用注汽锅炉的稠油污水SiO2含量达到80~120mg/L,超过了给水水质标准中50mg/L的要求。文章通过试验分析了该稠油污水SiO2含量对注汽锅炉结垢的影响,并对防垢剂等进行了筛选研究。结果表明:稠油污水SiO2含量对注汽锅炉结垢影响不大,运行1年的炉垢厚度只有0.54μm,由于除SiO2的药剂费用较高,因此不需专门对污水除SiO2,只需对锅炉运行一段时间后形成的薄垢进行定期清洗即可。 The SiO2 content in wastewater from heavy oil reused for steam injection boiler at Block 69 in Xinjiang Oilfield reaches 80~120 mg/L,exceeding the standard of 50 mg/L given by the water supply quality criterion.The effect of SiO2 content in above-mentioned wastewater on scale formation in steam injection boiler is experimented and analyzed,then the study on scale inhibitor selection is conducted.The results show that the effect of SiO2 content in wastewater on scale formation in steam injection boiler is so unobvious that the scale thickness is only 0.54 μm after one year’s operation.Owing to high expense of SiO2 scale inhibitors,it is unneeded using SiO2 scale inhibitors to strip scale but is required to remove the thin scale periodically after each interval of operational time.
