在回收加工中残留在纤维废料上的纺丝整理剂对生产造成不良的影响。由奥地利Erema公司生产的带真空切割压紧装置的紧凑型切割压紧/挤出机组适用于含有或不含纺丝整理剂的合成纤维的加工。介绍了该机组的结构和工艺特性。
In a recycling process, spin finish remained in fiber waste material will produce negative influence to production. The new and compact cutter compactor/extruder-combination by Evema GmbH, Ansfelden/Austria, with cutter compactor under vacuum now offers great advantages in the processing of synthetic fiber with and without spin finish. The construction and technical characteristics of this installation will be reported.
