摘要
目的探讨纳洛酮抢救新生儿呼吸衰竭的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院儿科2006年2月至2009年2月收治的新生儿呼吸衰竭患儿66例,根据治疗方法不同分为两组,对照组32例,对照组采用对因治疗的同时,并给予抗感染、支持、改善微循环、呼吸机支持治疗等。观察组34例,在上述常规综合治疗的基础上加用纳洛酮治疗。对治疗12h后患儿的桡动脉血气资料及治疗效果进行分析。结果两组血气资料比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的疗效明显高于对照组,且其病死率明显低于对照组。结论针对病因治疗原发病的同时,加用纳洛酮抢救新生儿呼吸衰竭取得了满意的疗效。
Objective To Inquire the clinical effect on neonatal respiratory failure by using naloxone.Methods To analyze retrospectively 66 cases with neonatal respiratory failure in our hospital from February 2006 to February 2009.The cases were divided into two groups according to the treatment,the control group had 32 cases,adopted anti-infection,mendment of minicirculation,supportive treatment of machine.The observation group had 34 cases,added naloxone on the basis of common combined therapy The radial arterial blood gas data and treatment in children were analyzed after 12 h.Results The difference of blood gas data in two groups had statistical significance（P0.05）The clinical effect of the observation group was obviously higher than the control group,the death rate of the observation group was obviously lower than the control group.Conclusion Naloxone to neonatal respiratory failure had satisfactory effect on treatment for primary disease.
