由于生态环境的改变,致使太阳光中的紫外线到达地面的辐射量增多,紫外线可以被人吸收,对人体造成一定危害.采用添加功能性陶瓷微粒制成抗紫外涤纶具有较高的抗紫外特性及优良的可纺丝性、耐洗涤性和服用性能.抗紫外涤纶低弹丝、牵伸丝及涤纶短纤维均可广泛应用在帐篷、遮阳伞、夏季女装、野外工作服.训练服、运动服、窗帘织物等.据中国计量研究院测定,采用18tex抗紫外涤纶混纺纱生产的针织网眼T恤衫对200 um~380 um的紫外线平均遮蔽率达95%~97%.
Along with the change in ecological environment, the radiant volume of ultraviolet to the earth is increasing. But it is harmful to health when absorbed by humen body. The and-ultra violet polyester fibre, made by means of adding functional ceramic particle, is characterized by better anti-ultraviolet property, excellent spinnability and washability as well as good wearability. Such fibres in low-elastic, stretched and staple forms cover a wide application such as: tentage, sunshading umbrella, women's summer wear, outdoor uniform, training suits and sportswear together with curtain fabric and poster cloth. According to determination, the average defilading ratio of knitted openwork T shirts from 1 Stex polyester blend yarn against 200nm ~ 380nm ultraviolet is up to 95 % ~ 97 % .
