摘要
本文主要讲述了加热炉内热电偶的位置的不同对一级控制和二级计算的影响。其中在二级加热炉内炉气、炉墙、板坯表面换热计算中采用了三温度点模型。
This paper present the thermocouple＇s position in the reheating furnace.Different position has different effect in L1 and L2 automation control.The heat exchange between the furnace gas,the furnace wall and the slab＇s surface is calculated using a three-temperature model.
