摘要
面对工艺程序繁琐且具有H2S含量较高,施工质量要求苛刻等特点的龙岗气田,在施工周期极短,场站建设材料准备不充分的情况下必须保质保量完成施工任务。为实现上诉目的,必须合理组织施工顺利,尽量将显性工期隐形化并展开多点多工序同时施工,并始终注重施工班组焊接质量的提高。龙岗工程最终得以顺利完成,达到了建设单位预期目标。实践证明通过合理安排在保证质量、安全的前提下,能将正常情况下2~3个月完成的工程时间压缩50%以上。
The construction operation at Longgang gasfield is featured with trivial processes,high H2S content,strict qualitry requirements,and timely high-quality execution in required short period with construction materials not sufficiently prepared.Thus an efficient organization of construction is required,such as trying to perform multiple jobs at different points and trying to improve the welding quality.The Longgang project was finally successfully completed,reaching the goals expected by the construction company.This practice proves that proper arrangement can shorten the construction time by over 50% without compromising on the quality and safety.
