摘要
文章介绍了在聚氨酯预聚体生产的新建项目中,在工艺原理分析和危险性分析后的基础上,对预聚体反应釜的仪表自控系统和安全连锁系统进行设计并实施进行了介绍,同时对投入生产后的经验进行的总结回顾。
The paper introduced a new project of PU pre-polymer, Base on analysis of process concept and analysis ot hazardous, author designed a automation system and interlock system for reactor of PU pre-polymer, and commissioning. In the end, author reviewed the experience after production.
