摘要
五倍子中草药在我国分布广泛,其中有效成分使用领域也较广,因此对于其有效成分的提取成为目前研究的热点。文章介绍了五倍子中药材中存在的各种化学成分,包括鞣质、没食子酸、焦性没食子酸等,并重点阐述了目前鞣质和没食子酸活性成分的提取方法,进一步比较了各种提取技术优缺点,并对今后中草药有效成分的提取方法进行了展望。
Galla Chinensis widely distributed in China, and its active ingredients had a wide use, so extractions of them became the research hotspot. In the paper, the components in galla chinensis were described, including tannin, tannin, pyrogallicacid and so on. Especially, the present extractions of tannin and gaJlic acid were discussed and the advantages and disadvantages of the extractions were compared. Finally, the extraction prospect of the active ingredients in Chinese Herbs was discussed.
