摘要
介绍了最新研制的128×128阵列MAMA器件。该器件采用了叠合式阵列阳极,三块微通道板及近贴聚焦等先进技术。脉冲上升时间为0.3ns,单光子计数率为2×10^5/s等器件的主要性能参数达到了国外同类产品水平。
A 128×128 MAMA device developed resently has been discussed. The device employs a coincidence--anode array, three microchannels and the proximity focusing manner. With these new technologies,pulse rise time of 0. 3 us.single photoncounting rate of 2× 10~5/s and so on are achieved.
