摘要
农信通是综合运用语音电话、手机短信、互联网等多种互动途径提供服务的一种适合我国广大农村地区的信息服务模式。通过二年多的运行,探索了科研院所和企业信息服务合作模式,形成了一支稳定的专家团队,建立了规范的管理和运行机制,取得了很好的服务效果。为更好地促进农信通发展,应增加专家数量,扩大服务点,建立多种服务体系,多渠道争取经费,扩充农信通平台功能,增加手机服务功能。
Agriculture Communication System is an appropriate information service model for vast rural areas in our country,providing many services by voice phone,short message service,and internet and so on.Through two years operation,the cooperation mode of information service between the research institute and company was explored,steady expert team was formed,standardized management and operation mechanism were established and good effects were acquired.For better development of the agriculture communication system,we should increase the numbers of experts,expand service points,and establish multilevel service systems from province,city and county to county,obtain finance through more channels,expand functions of agriculture communication system platform and add function of mobile phone paper.
