摘要
证券营业部的营销团队,从2007年开始大量出现,因为组建时间短,许多营业部的营销团队管理尚处于较初级的水平。从团队成员的身份管理、团队长选拔、团队分工、团队考核和团队文化建设等方面,对营销团队如何管理提出了一些建议。
The marketing team of the securities company,appeared on a large scale from 2007.Because of the short time,the level of team management is very low.This article provides some suggestions on the identity management of the team,selection of the team leader,team division,team check and team culture construction.
