摘要
目的采用受试者操作特性曲线确定贝克曼ACL-9000血凝仪检测D-二聚体的定量结果,用于深静脉血栓(DVT)诊断的临界值,并探讨其临床意义。方法按照DVT的诊断标准收集患者标本178例,以同期检测的其他疾病患者163例为对照。免疫比浊法检测D-二聚体含量,绘制ROC曲线,应用统计软件进行分析。结果根据ROC曲线,D-二聚体用于DVT的最佳诊断临界值为1.89μg/ml(敏感度为52.48%,特异性为61.61%,阳性似然比为1.37)。结论 1.89μg/ml可能是D-二聚体诊断DVT的合适临界值,将提高其临床诊断的效率。
Objective Using ROC curve to determine the cut-off value of D-dimer in the diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis(DVT) and discuss its clinical significance. Methods Blood samples of 178 patients with DVT were collected,that of 163 control were also collected. All these blood samples were measured for D-dimer content by immunoturbidimetric methods,then ROC curve was drawn and the cut-off value was determined by statistical software. Results The D-dimer cut-off value in the diagnosis of DVT were 1.89 μg/ml(sensitivity is 52.48%,specificity is 61.61%). Conclusion Using 1.89 μg/ml as the cut-off value in the diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis would improve the efficiency of the diagnosis.
