摘要 鄂尔多斯博物馆内部GRG装饰结构造型奇异,为了实现其特有的建筑造型,在其龙骨的布置上采用与装饰造型走向相同的单层网壳结构,并与屋面钢结构及内部主体结构设置可靠的连接,从而保证钢结构龙骨结构的空间稳定性.利用有限元软件对其进行分析设计,结果表明该结构体系在刚度及强度上均满足设计要求.针对工程的特殊性,综合考虑钢结构深化设计,构件的加工以及现场安装等因素,制定出了一整套完整的施工方案,从而保证整体结构的顺利安装完成. GRG decorative structures within the Erdos Museum appear in a very peculiar form.In order to achieve its unique architectural style,the layout of its keel is designed to be a single-layer reticulated shell which agrees well with the shape of the decorations,and connects reliably with the roof and inner structures to ensure the spatial stability of the steel keel structure.Results of finite element analysis of the structure show that the structural system meets the design requirements in both stiffness and strength.A series of construction schemes,covering subjects like deepening steel design,component processing,on-site installation,etc.are specially developed to meet the special requirements of this project,and to ensure a smooth schedule.
