摘要
社会主义经济改革与发展的"中国模式",尚有待进一步完善,主张将科学发展观的核心理念——以人为本贯彻到完善"中国模式"全过程,从而形成以人为本的经济模式理论,可简称为"人本模式论"。进而对构建人本模式的要领作了概括,并着重就构建"人本模式"的首要问题——经济观念从以物为本转向以人为本问题作了分析,同时简述了人的发展与人的需要的关系。
This paper argues that the ＂China Model＂ of socialist economic reform and development remains to be further improved.The author accordingly advocates implanting the core concepts of scientific development,i.e.people-oriented principles throughout the improvement of ＂China Model＂,so as to form a people-oriented economic model theory,which can be generally referred to as the ＂People-oriented Model Theory＂.And then the essentials of how to construct this model are outlined,with a focus on analyzing the key issues in constructing the ＂people-oriented model＂——the shift from object-oriented to people-oriented economic concepts.Finally,the paper probes the relationship between human development and human needs.
