摘要
目的：探讨气管切开术出现并发症的原因及预防对策.方法： 回顾性分析2003年1年-2010年8月226例患者的临床资料,观察并发症的发生率及构成,探讨引起并发症的原因、处理及预防对策.结果： 226例患者出现气管切开并发症10例（4.42%,10/226）,包括：伤口出血出血2例、皮下气肿2例,纵隔气肿及气胸各1例、脱管2例,套管堵塞1例,切口感染1例.结论： 气管切开术可产生各种并发症,需要掌握手术指征及手术时机,手术操作规范,熟练细致,解剖分明,术后良好密切观察,出现异常情况能给予及时处理,以避免并发症发生或降低危险度.
Objective：Discusses the tracheotomy technique to appear the complication the reason and the prevention countermeasure. Methods：Reviewed the analysis in 2003 1 year -- 2010 August 226 example patient＇s clinical material, the observation complication formation rate and the constitution,the discussion causes the complication reason, processing and the preventior countermeasure. Results：226 example patients appear the tracheotomy complication 10 examples （4.42 %, 10/226） ,including：The wound hemorrhage bleeds 2 examples, the subcutaneous emphysema 2 examples, the mediastinal emphysema and pneumothorax each 1 example, escapes the tube 2 examples,the drive pipe stops up 1 example,the margin infects 1 example. Conclusion：The tracheotomy technique may have each kind of complication, needs to grasp the surgery to refer drafts and the surgery opportunity,the surgery operates the standard, skilled careful, the dissection is distinct, after technique good close observation, has the unusual situation to be able to give prompt processing,avoids the complication having or reducing the risk factor.
