摘要
医院是集医疗、教学、科研于一身的高等医学院校校外教学基地.其教学管理工作直接影响到教学质量,医学生的理论与实践能力、医疗水平.该文针对当前临床学院教学管理中存在的一些主要问题进行分析.提出对策及建议.
The hospital is the collection medical service,the teaching, the scientific research in a body higher medicine colleges and universities extracurricular teaching base. Its teaching supervisory work affects directly the quality of teaching,medico＇s theory and practice ability, the medical level. This article some main questions which exists in view of the current clinical institute teaching management in carries on the analysis. Proposes the countermeasure and the suggestion.
