摘要
目的：探讨可达龙注射液静脉应用所致外周静脉炎的治疗效果.方法：将95例可达龙注射液所致外周静脉炎患者随机分入两个组：常规治疗组（47例）用50%硫酸镁湿敷,联合治疗组（48例）用50%硫酸镁加土豆泥湿敷.结果：联合治疗组在短期内（3d）的总有效率显著高于常规组（P＜0.01）.结论：硫酸镁、土豆泥联合湿敷治疗可达龙注射液所致静脉炎疗效显著.
Objective：Discusses may reach the dragon inoculation fluid vein application result circumference phlebitis the treatment result. Methods：May reach 95 examples the dragon inoculation fluid result circumference phlebitis patient to enter along with the fuselage two groups：The conventional treatment group （47 examples） spread wet with 50% magnesium sulfate,the union treatment group （48 examples） add the mashed potatoes with 50% magnesium sulfate to spread wet. Results：unites the treatment group （3d） total effectiveness obviously to be higher than the conventional group in the short--term （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： the magnesium sulfate, the mashed potatoes unite spread the treatment to be possible wet to reach the dragon inoculation fluid result phlebitis curative effect obviously.
