摘要
读者听证制度是实现图书馆决策科学化、民主化、公开化的一种程序安排和创新形式。本文简要介绍听证制度发展历程,并对建立图书馆读者听证制度的现实意义、读者听证会的听证内容和方式,以及听证程序和注意事项进行了探讨。
Readers hearing system is a procedural arrangements and innovative forms to make the library decision-making more scientific,democratic and open.This paper briefly describes the development process of a hearing system.And based on it,the practical significance to build the readers hearing system in library,the hearing contents and methods of the reader hearing,as well as hearing procedures and precautions are discussed.
