摘要
为了减少污染物NOX对环境影响,提供清洁能源,建设绿色环保电厂,我国已有二十多个燃煤电厂采用了SCR烟气脱硝装置以降低烟气中NOX排放。由于安装使用的脱硝装置刚刚起步,脱硝系统在设计和设备运行上还存在一些问题,引进消化国外技术深度不够,并且缺少脱硝装置的设计、调试、运行的行业或国家标准,因此需要我们根据现场设计、设备情况,结合机组调试方法,对采用常规SCR使用液氨还应剂的脱硝系统的调试工作进行了探索。
In order to reduce NOx effect to the environment, supply clean energy and build environmental friendly power plant, there are more than twenty coal burning power plants installed SCR flue gas denitration system to reduce NOx emission. Since it is at the early stage of using denitration systems, there are still some problems in design and during equipments running. There are more foreign technologies to be introduced and studied in a deeper level. There should be more industrial or national standards on designs, tests and operation of denitration systems. There- fore this article discussed field designs, equipments'conditions and units'adjusting methods, made a thorough study on adjusting the regular SCR denitration systems when using liquid ammonia as reducing agent.
