摘要
针对传统描述性评价方法存在的主观、片面和不准确的问题,利用模糊评价技术,设计一个基于网络的旅游景区服务质量智能评价系统。该系统首先在广泛收集游客反馈意见的基础上,经过专家系统的推理把反馈意见影射到评价指标,然后通过分层的模糊运算得到评价结果。系统采用B/S+C/S构架实现,并利用Web技术提高人机交互界面的智能化。
Aiming at existing deficiencies such as unilateralism and subjectivity in traditional descriptive evaluation methods,an Intelligent Estimation Model for tourist attraction service quality based on the Internet was developed through Fuzzy Evaluation technologies.Based on the visitor feedback,the visitor feedback are associated to the evaluation indexes by expert system,the estimating results are gained by hiberarchy theories of fuzzy appraisal.It designs an architecture framework of "B/ S + C/ S",and it improves intelligent interaction of human-computer interface through new Web technologies.
