摘要
采用整体式涂层硬质合金立铣刀对镍基合金Inconel 718进行了高速侧铣试验,研究了切削参数(包括切削速度、进给量、轴向切深和径向切深)的变化对切削力的影响。研究发现,随着轴向切深的增大,切削力先增大后减小,这主要是由于刀具在切削力的作用下产生了一定程度的弯曲变形和扭转变形,改变了刀具的整体刚度;随着切削速度、每齿进给量和径向切深的增大,切削力的值呈现线性增加的趋势,其中对切削力变化影响最大的是切削速度。
A study of the influence of the machining conditions,including cutting speed,feed,axial depth of cut and radial depth of cut,on the cutting forces in high speed side milling of Inconel 718 with solid coated cemented carbide tools is presented.The experimental results show that the cutting forces increase firstly and then decrease as the axial depth of cut increases.This is mainly caused by the variation of the stiffness of the solid carbide tool,due to the bending deformation and torsional deformation of cutting tool under the effect of cutting forces.In addition,the cutting forces increase linearly as the cutting speed,feed and radial depth of cut increase.However,cutting speed performs relatively significant effect on cutting force in high speed side milling.
