液体粘性联轴器内流场数值计算

摘要 应用计算流体力学Fluent软件对某液体粘性联轴器内部气液两相流动进行数值计算。模拟采用分离求解器、非定常、可压缩的RNGk-e模型以及滑动网格模型,以压力、硅油密度等参数的流场分布图形方式输出模拟结果。分析这些结果得知,液体粘性联轴器内外盘片的孔槽和空气的分布对其工作特性有重要影响,分析结果与公开的相关研究结果吻合较好,为液体粘性联轴器的设计研究提供了理论依据。 Application of fluid analysis software Fluent,liquid viscous coupling of a two-phase flow has been calculated.Segregated solver,Non-steady,compressible k-e and sliding mesh model are adopted in numerical simulation.The simulation results export distribution figure of pressure,oil density and other parameters of the flow field.Analysis of these results gained slots and air distribution of liquid viscous coupling disks have an important impact on the characteristics of the viscous coupling.The results has a good agreement against the public research results,providing theory for design and study of liquid viscous coupling.
