摘要
研究目的：探索ＨＳＶ－Ⅰ与牙源性粘液瘤发生发展之间的关系。研究方法：利用敏感性高的聚合酶链反应（ＰＣＲ）技术检测１７例牙源性粘液瘤中ＨＳＶ－Ⅰ的表达。结果：１７例牙源性粘液瘤中均未能扩增出与ＨＳＶ－Ⅰ同源的ＤＮＡ序列。结论：牙源性粘液瘤的发生发展与ＨＳＶ－Ⅰ的感染关系不大。
