摘要
我院自1994～2008年共有8例妇科疾病误诊为急性阑尾炎,术中证实系右侧卵巢破裂出血、右侧卵巢囊肿蒂扭转及右侧输卵管异位妊娠破裂出血.现分析报道如下.
