摘要
计划生育是我国一项基本国策.开展好计划生育工作,减少人口数量,提高人口素质,关系人的自由全面发展,社会可持续发展和社会主义主义和谐社会的构建.如何加强基层人口和计划生育宣传教育工作,使之成为宣传党的政策,倡树新型生育文化,推进移风易俗,促进群众婚育观念转变,营造有利于政策持续稳定、工作持之以恒的良好社会氛围,是新时期人口计生工作亟待认真思考研究的重要问题.乡镇计生办作为人口和计划生育理论宣传教育的主战场,只有更好地为群众服务,创新工作思路和方法,把群众吸引过来、组织起来,动员起来,丰富活跃群众的文化生活,使计划生育宣传教育工作更加贴近群众,宣传教育有声有色地深入开展.
The birth control is our country basic national policy. Does the birth control work,reduces the population quantity,improves the human quality,sponsor＇s freedom full scale development, the social sustainable development and the socialism principle harmonious society＇s construction. How strengthens the basic unit population and the birth control propagandizes the educational work, causes it to become the propaganda party the policy,leads the tree new birth cuhure, the advancement changes existing habits and customs,to promote the populace to marry nurtures the idea to transform,building is advantageous in the policy continues the good social atmosphere which stable,the work perseveres,is the new time population idea lives the work to urgently await to ponder the research earnestly the important question. The villages and towns idea lives manages takes the population and the birth control theoretical propaganda education main battlefield,only then serves well for the populace,the innovation work mentality and the method, attract the populace, organize, mobilizes, the rich active populace＇s cultural life, enable the birth control to propagandize the educational work even more to draw close to the populace, the propaganda education thoroughly develops dramatically.
