摘要
舒芬太尼为芬太尼的衍生物,镇痛作用强度为芬太尼的5～10倍,临床给药方式可为静注或静滴、肌注、蛛网膜下腔给药、硬膜外给药、皮下给药及经鼻粘膜给药等.舒芬太尼的镇痛作用最强,心血管状态更稳定,更适用于心血管手术麻醉,近年来已成为心血管手术的主要麻醉用药.但舒芬太尼也可用于心血管手术以外的其它手术麻醉诱导、维持及术后镇痛、分娩镇痛和无痛内镜检查等.本文将综述国内与舒芬太尼临床应用相关的文献报道,阐述舒芬太尼的药理学特点及临床应用方法,以期对临床工作有所帮助.
