摘要
介绍了继电器对触头材料的性能要求和国内外触头材料的研发现状,列举了材料密度、硬度和电阻率等基本物理特性,以及金相的常见检测方法,比较了我国触头材料检测技术与国外的差距,进行了航天继电器用AgSnO2触头的密度、硬度、电阻率及金相检测试验,并对试验结果进行了分析。
The performance requirements on the electrical material for relay,as well as the development status of the electrical material at home and abroad were introduced.Some common testing methods on a few basic physical parameters such as density,hardness,electrical resistivity and metallography were listed.The testing experiments on the AgSnO2 electrical contacts of aerospace relay was did,while the experiment results were analyzed.
