摘要
目的:对尖锐湿疣(CA)中的人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)及人巨细胞病毒(HCMV)进行检测。方法:采用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)。结果:新鲜湿疣中HPV阳性率为80.8%,其中HPV11/6b(+)者19例,HPV16(+)者2例。石蜡包埋组织中HPV阳性率为58.3%。5例HPV强阳性的湿疣组织HCMV检测全部阴性。结论:新鲜组织的HPV检出率高于石蜡包埋组织;部分湿疣由HPV16感染所致,应注意其恶变倾向;本文结果不支持CA中HPV与HCMV复合感染的可能。
Objective:Human Papillomavirus(HPV)and Human cytomegalovirus(HCMV)were detcted in Condyloma acuminatum(CA)specimens.Methods:Polymerase chain reaction(PCR)method was used.Results:HPV positivity rate in fresh specimens was 80.8%(21/26);among the 21HPV(+)cases,HPV11/6b(+)and HPV16(+)were in 19 and 2 respectivedly.In paraffin embedded tissue,the positivity rate was 58.3%(7/12).HCMV was negative in five cases which was strong positive for HPV.Conclusion:the HPV detection rate in fresh specimens was higher than that in paraffin embedded tissue.There is a malignant tendency in parts of CA caused by HPV16 infection.Our results disagree about the possibility of complex infection from HPV and HCMV in CA.
