摘要
济钢第三炼钢厂在应用副枪快速结晶定碳法,但该技术使用初期结晶定碳和化验室碳的分析结果差别大,通过开发结晶定碳曲线智能调整技术,进行反复回归分析和实践中验证的基准副枪TSC探头结晶定碳曲线,解决了其差别大的问题。使定碳技术提高了精度和转炉命中率,缩短了冶炼周期,取得了良好的经济效益。
The Third Steel-making Plant of Jigang adopts fast crystallization carbon determination method with auxiliary lance,which causes big analysis result differences with laboratory due to primary crystallization carbon determination method.This problem is solved by developing crystallization carbon determination intelligent adjustment technology by means of repeating regression analysis and using proved carbon measurement curve of reference lance TSC probe in practice.Furthermore,the steel composition accuracy and hit rate are raised,tap to tap time is shortened and good economic benefit earned.
