摘要
目的观察潜江市整合资源综合防治血吸虫病效果。方法整合农业、水利、林业、国土等涉及血吸虫病防治的社会资源,结合新农村和生态家园、农村能源建设,实施血防整体推进、综合治理、科学防治。结果通过4年的血防整体综合治理,人群血吸虫感染率下降63.64%,耕牛感染率下降28.36%,钉螺面积下降15.57%,活螺平均密度下降41.67%,活螺框出现率下降53.00%,钉螺感染率下降50.00%;2008年工农业总产值达到211.8亿元,人均年收入增加1 531元。结论整合社会资源,结合新农村、生态家园、农村能源建设,实施血防整体推进等综合治理是控制血吸虫病传播的有效途径。
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive control by integrating resources on schistosomiasis.MethedsThe comprehensive measures integrating resources of agriculture,water conservancy,forestry and land were implemented in Qianjiang City.ResultsAfter 4-year control,the infection rates of population and cattle decreased by 63.64% and 28.36%,respectively.The snail area reduced by 15.57%,the density of living snails,the rate of frames with living snails and the infection rate of snails decreased by 41.67%,53.00% and 50.00%,respectively.Meanwhile,the total industrial and agricultural output value reached 21 180 million Yuan,and the per capital income increased by 1 531 Yuan.ConclusionThe comprehensive measures by integrating resources is an effective way for schistosomiasis control.
