摘要
3D虚拟肝脏技术凭借着其三维空间构型的特点,在精准肝脏切除方面较二维影像学有着明显的优势,其不仅可以清晰准确地呈现出肝脏整体解剖结构,肝内管道系统的走形分布,进行肿瘤的精确定位,而且可以通过进行三维立体的可视化重现,让术者更直观地观察病变部位的特点,提供肝脏容量分析和虚拟手术操作。在彻底切除目标病灶,最大限度减少肝组织损伤和出血、确保剩余肝脏结构的完整和功能的代偿等方面,3D虚拟肝脏技术也有重要的应用价值。
Based on the characteristics of the three-dimensional conformation, three-dimensional visualization hepatic simulation has a more distinct advantage than that of two-dimensional imaging in precise hepatectomy. This technology not only presents a clear and accurate anatomical structure of the whole liver, intrahepatic pipeline distribution system, exact location of the tumor, and more, it can also be reproduced in three-dimensional visualization. All of these can allow more intuitive observation of lesion characteristics. In addition, the capacity analysis and hepatectomy simulation can be used in this 3D hepatic simulation. There is extremely important application value in complete resection of target lesions, minimizing liver tissue damage and bleeding, and maintaining the integrity of the remaining liver structure and function.
