摘要
目的分析施行角膜移植术的原因。方法对2006至2008年我院进行的角膜移植术316例(316眼)进行回顾性分析。将施行角膜移植术的原因加以分类。结果施行角膜移植术的主要原因依次是感染性(化脓性)角膜炎126例、角膜白斑75例、圆锥角膜36例、单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎(HSK)21例、化学烧伤16例、遗传相关的角膜营养不良和角膜变性15例、角膜植片排斥13例、大泡性角膜病变6例、角膜皮样瘤4例、角膜穿孔伤4例(4眼)。结论感染性角膜病仍然是角膜移植术的主要适应证,其中真菌感染为首位病因。角膜白斑和圆锥角膜呈上升趋势。
Objective To review the reason of the keratoplasty during january of 2006 to december of 2008 in our hospital.The total number were 316 cases（316 eyes）.Methods We retrospectively analysed all of the cases and classified the cause.Results The cause of keratoplasty in turn was infectious keratitis（126 cases/126 eyes） ;corneal leukoma（75 cases/75 eyes） ;keratoconus（36 cases/36 eyes） ;herpes simplex keratitis（HSK,21 cases/21 eyes） ;corneal chemical wound（16 cases/16 eyes） ;comeal degenetation and dystrophy（15 cases/15 eyes） ;corneal implant rejection（13 cases/13 eyes） ;bullous keratophy.（6 cases/6 eyes） ;corneal dermoid（4 cases/4 eyes） ;corneal penetrating wound（75 cases/75eyes）.Conclusions The main reason of kerataplasty was infectious keratitis.Fungal keratitis was the first reason.Corneal leukoma and keratoconus have a up trend in the line.
