摘要
本文针对生产小塑料件时浇注系统废料比例大的问题,对其浇注系统进行了改进,得到了保留分流道废料,消除主流道废料的革新成果。改进后的浇注系统结构简单,使用方便,并节省了大量的工程塑料。是小塑料制件浇注系统的一次成功的改进。
An improving is finished so that the problem can be solved about large ratio of waste materials in the production of little plastic mouldings. There is only waste one of the runner remained and no one of the sprue in the innovation. The feeding system improved is a simple construction and can be used conveniently, which can save a lot of engineering plastics. It is an successful improvement for the feeding system of the tittle plastic mouldings.
