摘要 通过钢纤维高强混凝土切口梁三点弯曲试验,探讨了相对切口深度、粗骨料最大粒径、水灰比和钢纤维体积率等因素对钢纤维高强混凝土临界裂缝张开位移(裂缝嘴张开位移和裂缝尖端张开位移)的影响。结果表明,可采用诸因素对嘴尖比(裂缝嘴张开位移与裂缝尖端张开位移的比值)的影响来反映其对临界裂缝张开位移的影响;影响因素不同,嘴尖比随之变化的趋势也不同。根据临界裂缝扩展长度与张开位移之间的几何关系,提出了临界裂缝扩展长度的计算方法;在分析试验结果的基础上,建立了钢纤维高强混凝土临界裂缝尖端张开位移的计算公式。 Through the three-point bending test on the specimens of steel fiber reinforced high strength concrete (SFHSC),the effects of influencing factors including relative notch depth (a0 /W),maximum particle diameter of coarse aggregate (dmax),water-cement ratio (W/C) and the fiber volume fraction([ρf]) upon the critical crack opening displacement (the critical crack tip opening displacement and the critical crack mouth opening displacement) were studied.The results show that the effects of these factors on mouth-tip ratio (the ratio of critical crack mouth opening displacement to critical crack tip opening displacement) can reflect their effects upon the critical crack opening displacement,and the variation tendencies of mouth-tip ratios were different under different factors.According to the geometrical relationship between the initial crack length and the critical crack opening displacement,calculation method for the initial crack length was proposed.Based on the test results,the single-factor formula was established for calculating the critical crack tip opening displacement.
