酸性鞘磷脂酶在信号转导中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 酸性鞘磷脂酶(acid sphingomyelinase,ASMase)于1963年被Gatt及其同事发现,因其生物学活性最适宜于酸性环境,故得此名。随着对外界刺激因子跨膜信号转导机制研究的不断深入,显示ASMase在各类外界刺激因子诱导的跨膜信号转导过程以及生物学效应产生过程中扮演着重要角色。
