摘要
本文基于对研究与开发（Ｒ＆Ｄ）活动是高新技术产业化的基础的认识，从资金投入、研发主体、成果转化等方面分析了我国高新技术Ｒ＆Ｄ活动中的若干问题，进而提出了促进我国高新技术Ｒ＆Ｄ活动的若干想法。
This paper discusses some important issues in the field of high-tech R&D activities,from the view of investment,R&D main body and achievement transformation.Suggestions on promoting high-tech R&D activities have been put forward.
