摘要
根据设计要求提出系统总体设计方案,系统采用高速A/D转换器和DSP芯片,设计出多路数据采集系统的硬件电路,结合相关的软件,对采集的数据处理后用CCS5000在计算机上实时显示数据处理后的多通道波形图。实验结果表明,该系统工作稳定,实现了对不同采集信号的实时处理,根据输出要求的不同设计对应的程序,因此可以在工业生产过程中使用该系统。
Total design approach of system is put forward according to design request,the system adopts high speed A/D switch and DSP chip,the hardware circuit of multi-channel data acquisition is designed,correlative software is used.The real time multi-channel waveform is displayed on the computer through CCS5000 software.The result indicates that this system works steadily,different types of the acquisition signals is processed real time,correlative program is designed according to different output requests,of course this system can be used in the industrial production process.
