摘要
随着经济的迅速发展,快速城镇化区域的水污染问题日益突出,尽管近10年我国建设了大量的污水处理设施,但是水环境质量并没有因为设施水平的提高而得到显著改善。为此,清华大学水环境治理机制课题组对江阴和龙岗两个典型快速城市化区域的污水处理设施,尤其是排水管网的发展模式进行了专题调研,并对这两种不同的污水处理发展模式进行了比较分析,以供参考。
Together with the rapid economic growth, the water pollution in rapidly urbanized areas in China is increasingly serious. A great number of wastewater treatment facilities have been constructed in the past decade, but the water environment has not been improved obviously. In order to find out the reasons, the wastewater treatment facilities, especially the development mode of drainage network in two typically and rapidly urbanized areas, Jiangyin of Jiangsu Province and Longgang of Guangdong Province were investigated, and the two different development modes for wastewater treatment were compared and analyzed for reference.
