摘要
介绍了化学成分、力学性能、偏析与索氏体比例、夹杂物、氧化与脱碳、几何尺寸和表面质量等因素对高碳钢C72DA线材产品质量的影响,与国内其他生产厂家对比分析了产品质量现状。结果表明:该盘条化学成分控制范围窄、抗拉强度波动小、组织偏析度小于等于2级、索氏体比例大于等于80%,大部分夹杂物大小在10μm以下、100 mm2面积内数量小于等于130个、但存在大于3μm的Al2O3脆性夹杂,表面光滑无缺陷、无脱碳层、氧化皮质量分数为0.2%、几何尺寸均一性好。产品完全满足胎圈钢丝、胶管钢丝企业的生产要求。
This paper introduces the effects of chemical composition,mechanical properties,segregation and sorbite ratio,inclusions,oxidation and decarbonization,geometric dimensions and surface quality and other factors on the product quality of high carbon wire rod C72DA,contrasts and analyzs the product quality status of domestic manufacturers.The results show that the control range of chemical composition on the wire rod is narrow,tensile strength fluctuates a little,structure segregation degree less than or equal to level two,sorbite ratio more than or equal to 80%,the size of most inclusions is below 10μm,the number of inclusions less than or equal to 130 in 100mm2,but it exists the Al2O3 brittle inclusions less than 3μm,the layer is smooth and zero defect,no decarburized layer,the mass fraction of oxide skin is 0.2%,the equality of geometric dimension is better.Fully satisfy the production requirement of the enterprise which produce bead wire and hose wire.
